I have an approximately 7 month old golden ret./ collie cross, male, neutered. He had to go out last night at 4 AM when I got up at 8 AM his snout was covered in what I thought were hives, I gave him a benadryl. He layed around most of the morning and early afternoon and the swelling did receed. I thought perhaps insect bites. Now tonight his eyes are swelling shut and he has more small lumps on the top of his head. I was and am now, not aware of any, anywhere else on his body. I gave him another benadryl at 11:45 central standard time. Is there something else I can/should do for him right now? We live in NE South Dakota, allergy perhaps?
