Pembroke Welsh Corgi with an adnormal blood reading (BUN) reading

I have a welsh pembroke Corgi 8 months old - went in to get spayed (female) and the blood work came back with the BUN (Bloon Urine Nitrogen off the chart!! The reference range is7-27 and the result cam back 92 mg/dl. As we speak she is on a drip, intervenus, not sure what it is to bring those numbers down. Doctor said its Kylies kidney. But it could be one of 3 things, a kidney infection, which we are treating with 1 tablet 62.5 mg of clavamox. Kidney stones, which doctor took 2 x/rays but her poop was blocking her kidney. This morning At July 22nd she is back at the hospital with that drip from 9am-5pm (1st day was 4 8hrs as well). The 3rd thing she thought might be heredity. That the kidney is 'adnormal' and she could live for 3-5 yrs. My question to you is - do you think this protocol is correct? Do you think if x-ray doesn't show anything we should have an ultrasound done? I am just looking for answers. She is so normal acting. She runs, plays, go to the bathroom just fine. In the mornin she may unrinate 4 or 5 times in a 5 min period. She does wet her cage from time to time during the night. She is kept in a kennel while at work. But she seems just fine.

Reply to Dr. Lisa Boyer's Post: Yes as I look at the results yes the BUN level was the only one. I did however take a urine sample in today as well as fecal, and she didn't say anything about it and I didn't think to ask. The x/ray did show a very small kidney, if that helps. I also forgot to metion that Kylie is on 3cc of Panacur for 5 days, doctor said it was for her 'deworming?" and to make sure there isn't any blood in her stood. I tasted it and it tastes like mylanta, but very chalky.
