golden lab sick

My golden lab is almost 2 today she is not moving much if she is she will move slow. In the past week she got sick 3 times 2 in one day. it was white phomy and my kids plastic toys(cwed up). she has not eat any of her food all day. I tryed to give her some bread (she will eat bread like you give a kid candy). her nose is warm and dry. what can I do.
