Hi, I have a puppy that is 21\2 months old. He started his young life battling parvo and succeeded. He, in the last week or so has started to lose hair on his lower neck and tail. Not a lot of hair it is just sort of thinning. He isn't scratching or biting at it. Could this be signs of mange or would he be more irritated than he is? He is playing and eating and shows no signs of fatigue. The vet over the phone said this might just be a skin allergy also, but after reading about this online I am worried
