My mixed breed lab is having problems with his joints. I took him to the vet and she gave me some medicine for him. He got better but now is having the problem again. He weights about 65 lbs what can I give him that would ease his pain.

Already Tried:
I give him massage also have some medicine left over from the vets office which I have started to give to him again.

Is he still taking the anti inflammatory? What medication was it? Has he had any xrays? Did the vet diagnose arthritis or ? Does he use frontline? Have you ever found a tick on him? Is the joint pain intermittent sometimes the front sometimes the rear? Does he have other symptoms like laying around a lot, lethargy, decreased appetite or increased thirst? Has he had is thyroid testing or other bloodwork?
