Response to DanaDVM's Post: I TOOK ONE OF THE PUPS TO THE VET. SHE IS 45.3 LBS, THE OTHERS ARE ABOUT THE SAME. THE VET GAVE ME DIECTIONS TO GIVE HER 0.2 ON FIRST DAY,0.4 ON SECOND,0.6 ON 3RD 0.8 ON FOURTH 1.0 ON FIFTH 1.2 ON DAY SIX AND AFTER STAY ON 1.2 I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT ON NOVEMBER 3RD WHICH WILL BE 4 WEEKS. SHE IS GOING TO SCRAPE AGAIN AND SEE HOW SHE IS DOING. THE THING IS THAT I GAVE THE REST OF THE MED TO MY OTHER PUPS. THEY ALL DOING GREAT.SO I ORDERED MORE IVERMECTIN ONLINE BUT THE MED SHE GAVE ME WHICH IS IVERMECTIN ALSO WAS NOT SEALED AND I THINK SHE MIGHT HAVE DILUTED IT. BUT I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS 50/50 OR 3TO 1 4TO1 OR FULL STRENTH.WHAT IS USUAL FOR THAT SIZE PUP?

I can only attest to the way I do it, if she gave you the original bottle it wasn't diluted.
We dilute small amounts for the monthly, but the daily is much more.
It sounds like you are on the right start, but the Ivermectin is not diluted.
If you are still worried, call your vet office and double check, but legally if we dilute out a drug it wouldnt go back in the original container, nor would it be sold with no label saying it was diluted, and again, for demodex we don't dilute it.
Hope this helps,
Dr.V
