Have a female pug that has blood in the urine. Tell me why and how to fix it?

Sounds like she has a urinary tract infection which is pretty common in female dogs. You need to see a vet with her to get the urine tested and get antibiotics to clear this up.
Another possibility is crystals or bladder stones causing the bleeding and the vet can check for that in the urine too.
