My English Mastiff has had diarhea for 24 hours. I have bathed him. His bum is soar. He has plenty of water and food. He is relaxing on a soft sheet. He's still playful, doesn't seem sick. The last poo had blood in it at the end but i think his bum is THAT soar. Is there anything i can do for him at home without paying the huge vet bill? or do i need to get him in right now?
