Horse Cut Heel Bulb

My 2year old filly cut the bulb on her right front leg. It extends from the coronary band across the bulb of her pastern in the back. How do I treat it. I have washed it out and put granulex on and in the wound so I don't get proud flesh and I have wrapped it with cotton and vet wrap it happened a week ago and I don't think it is looking any better.
