I want to know whats wrong with my bird,(parakeet) ...

I want to know whats wrong with my bird,(parakeet) I've notice that he is sleeping too much, day and night,with his feathers "Puffy" but he is eating and drinking his food, and water. He is not as playfull as he was, and he is always at the bottom corner of his cage. I know this is not normal, Do you have any ideas what might be wrog with him?
