i have a chihuahua and he is breathing a litte funny and it is like he can't keephis eyes open? what should i do?

Is he eating and drinking? Any vomiting or diarrhea? How about any coughing? Have you noticed any discharge from his eyes or his nose? Is he up to date on his vaccinations?
