HI, I HAVE A 4YR.OLD MALE PEKE, TWO DAYS AGO WHEN HE WENT TO THE BATHROOM, HE WAS BLEEDING FROM THE RECTUM. ONE TIME, THEN HE GOT BETTER. YESTERDAY I TOLD HIM TO OUR VET. FOR A SKIN IRRITATION. HE GOT SHOTS AND PILLS(PREDNISONE). I GAVE HIM TWO THIS MORNING. AND THIS AFTERNOON HE WHEN OUT TO THE BATHROOM, AND WAS BLEEDING AGAIN.ALL DOWN THE BACK OF HIS HAIR. I COULD NOT REACH THE VET. OR ANY VET. ALL CLOSED. I/2 HR. AGO HE WENT AGAIN MORE CLOTY AND ALITTLE REGULAR RED BLOOD.. STOOL IS VERY SOFT ,DIFFERENT.LIKE SLIMIE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. MONDAY SEEMS ALONG WAY OFF BEFORE I CAN

It does sound like he has a serious issue.
Diarrhea can be a side effect of using pred. You may want to not give him another dose until you can reach your vet.
Some things you can try to see if they will help include a bland diet for that I would suggest trying boiled chicken meat with the fat drained off mixed with really well cooked rice to see if that works for him. Its pretty bland and may calm down the stomach issue. 1.3 meat to 2/3 rice works. Its not a balanced diet but can be used safely for a few meals.
You can also add plain pedialyte to the water bowl to help with hydration.
You can see if Pepcid or Tagamet will help. You can read about dose amounts (and cautions) scrolling down on the pages here
