What does her diet consist of? If she gets any human food this could be the cause. If she gets rawhide chews it could cause it. Also a very likely cause would be parasites. If she has not had a stool sample checked for worms I would have this done. If this is good keep a record of everything she eats and see if you can find a correlation. Does she eat things like pine cones, etc.?

As long as you have her on a good commercial dog food that is fine. Stick with one brand that causes her the least stomach problems. Yes, I would have the vet do a stool check and if it is normal you may want to try something like a lamb and rice dog food with no human food or doggie treats and see if that helps.
