My toy poodle is shaky and laying down a lot (like she's in pain) - her ears and tail are down and when she walks she's moving slow. She gets like this from time to time, but today when I went to pick her up she winced and yelped a bit like I had hurt her. I can't tell if the pain is in her belly or legs. Could this be bloat? A tummy ache? Should I take her to a vet right away?

Optional Information:
Age: 3; Female; Breed: toy poodle

Already Tried:
to get her to eat (she isn't interested, but she normally is picky about food, though this seems different), to get her to play (which she will and her tail goes up, but she isn't picking up the ball when I throw it, just runs slowly over to it and grunts; kind of like "you come help me!")
