hi my name is matt weaver and i have a question!

my german sheppard puppy face keeps swelling up on one side by his cheek and our vet seems to think he needs to have surgery to correct it any comments to help me out?

he had a fever of 105 and the swelling was really bad, the swelling went down and the fever broke for 1 day and then it looks like the bump is comming back but his temp is 102 he eats great and drinks like crazy

ge got a shot and put on: 500 mg of clavamox, 75 mg of rimadyl and carafate tab all to be given 2 times a day
