i have a 80 lb. lab/hound mix that has kidney damage and when young was treated for leptoe. he is about 2 yrs old now. under his left neck a area of skin has swollen and the hair over it is wet. no scent, just clear liquid, enough to cause wet spots where ever he lays. it seems senity to touch and he wants to scratch it. i have looked closely and see no bit marks. what could this be?
