Hi,

If you notice any blood in the vomit or your dog becomes lethargic a trip to the vet is imperative. Unfortunately this could be stemming from, a blockage or a parasite infection. If She is not up to date on her shots it could also be a common dog illness.

I would recommend feeding her boiled chicken and rice to settle her stomach and unflavored pedialyte to prevent dehydration from the vomiting. If she is not doing better in 24 hours a trip to the vet will be needed to diagnosis the problem and began treatment.

Walter
