I have a Boston Terrier, that has devolped round bald

I have a Boston Terrier, that has devolped round bald patches on her hind quarters and stomach area. The hair just falls out and leaves a round bald place. This has been going on for about 2 weeks. I have researched and I think it is Ringworm. I would like to know what meds, if any over the counter I should treat her with. The other catch is that she could be pregnant (about 18days gestation), and we have a second dog with no signs but know it's contagious...should I treat her as well??

Optional Information:
Age: 1; Female; Breed: Dog, Boston Terrier

Already Tried:
Bathing and Neosporin

Neosporin works on bacterial infections not fungal ones so you can probably stop that.
Info on ringworm here

Oral fungicides and some topical ones are contraindicated in pregnant dogs.
As she is pregnant you need to work with your vet on this issue for the highest level of safety for the fetuses she is carrying.
In other circumstances miconazole might be used but I would not sugget using that without conferring with your vet.
You might want to ask the stud dog owner if that dog is having any issues.
Your other dog might have the problem or might not. Sometimes contagion depends on immune system. If its ringworm you could get it too.
Hope this helps you!
