Have replacement Heffer for FFA. She's 4 mos with ...

Have replacement Heffer for FFA. She's 4 mos with calf. Acting strange, keeps lying down,not having regular stools, not eating well, febrile 103. Vet came out yesterday, gave her and antacid drink, 2 sq antiobiotics but she continues to not be acting right. How do I know if she abortingversus stomach sick

Already Tried:
Vet came out ,did exam ,could not see anything wrong except febile and sour stomach. gave her a bucket of antacid mix thru mouth gave her an injection into vein and then 2 sq. IThis was 48 hours ago She continues to act odd,lying down a lot not eating or stooling regular. she did not have air in her stomach when he tapped on her. I'm afraid she might be aborting

Hi: Did the herd health vet happen to do an internal exam on you heifer to check the calf or did he push on her uterine area to check? If so, was there any movement when he did?

Yes he did an internal, verified movement.She seems to keep wanting to lie down which isn't usual . also acting a little confused, possibly temperature?
