boen skin lesions on the abdomen

I have an 11 y.o dachshund who has developped flat and slightly elevated pigmented lesions on her abdomen, not scally, perhaps slightly itchy, but they are spreading. she seems OK otherwise except perhaps for a slightly nitrous smell to her, but I am not sure about that.
