I brought my lab to Lake Powell this weekend, and she loved running on the sand stone and jumping into the water. This has worn her nails down to the quick. I can see pink soft tissue on several of her nails.   Obviously this is affecting her walking a bit, and she seems fatigued. Is there anything I need to be concerned about (other than making her take it easy for a while), such as infection, ect? Do I need to buy puppy footies? :)
