You may be able to find a herp vet through this site
http://www.herpvetconnection.com/
or this one
http://www.anapsid.org/vets/
I do think he needs to see a vet who will understand his needs.
Hope this helps you!

Reply to Nancy Holmes's Post: well in order to get him to eat i have to force feed him(wich i dont like doing because he dose not like it).he has one good eye and one really bad eye wich i cant get open.i think one of the resons that he is not eating is because he cant see.i went on the web and they said that he need natural sunlight(not this website).so i did move him to my window.i do not think that is helping though.a wile back i bought some turtle food and he pucked it up.he is very un active.after i am done force feeding himm i put him back and he tucks his head in his shell.i come back in 2 hours and his head is hanging out of his shell.he is not dehidrated because i mist his terrarium moss every day.he has fresh water to walk into.but he never moves so that does not help.i hope that this is enough info to help me out wich i really appreciate.and if this is not enugh info let me now and i will fill you in on more.thanks agin Customer (name blocked for privacy).

He may be very dehydrated if he isn't eating or drinking. Misting is good but if he is sick it won't be enough.
He may need antibiotics for an infection or a vitamin shot to help him.
I think your best bet is an in person exam by a herp vet and treatment.
You might try offering some earthworms or slugs as well as some fresh fruit - maybe a bit of strawberry for example.
You can read here for more feeding hints
http://www.marietta.edu/~mcshaffd/boxt/faq.html#why
and here
http://boxturtlesite.org/faqturtle.html
But I really think at this point in person vet care is the best hope for him.

Other than the above sites which migh thelp you find a vet its not easy to find one.
You can call all the vets in your area and see who they suggest to see with a turtle. Sometimes there is a local vet who takes an interest in herps.

I think as no home care has helped so far seeing a vet is the important thing.
I gave you a list of herp vets in Michigan.
Do I think the turtle might die without care yes I do.
Do I think correct husbandry care is important yes I do.
Lots of info on proper housing out there and this one gives info on required temperatures too
