My cocker is 2 1/2 she won't eat very much. this ...

My cocker is 2 1/2 she won't eat very much. this morning there was blood in her stool.
and now she is acting like she wants to throw up. Her breast area in the rear is swollen
like she just had puppies. what could be wrong?

No she wasn't in heat recently.
She is doing alot better.
Eating alot, playful, and normal stool.
