I am new into horses. The breeder I deal with has recently told me my mare is in foal. I have no stallions, other than her 9 month old foal. He tells me that it is the foal who impregnated his mother. Is this possible?? I am now in the process of having him fixed, but am I being led down the path.....He now wants to perform an ultrasound and possible termination...Could she just have put on a few pounds??? I am wondering is this feasible????
