What do you do for persistent diarrhea x 4 days. We have tried a bland diet of boiled hamburger and rice and have given immodium, 2 tabs at first loose stool then 1 q 6 hours since 2 days ago. The diarrhea is like water. There has been no change in diet. It is at times mucus like and other times just watery.
