My Shih Tzu had a litter of five pups. They are now 7 weeks old and I am getting ready to sell them. All of the pups are doing great, gaining weight, eating the puppy food, and having solid bowel movements. However, one of the pups eats well, has firm stools, but he vomits alot, and he has a rattle when he breathes. I plan on taking him to my vet as soon as I can work my schedule this week, but I'm wondering if I should make this my priority. Any advice??

Yes. This should be a priority. This may be as simple as a parasite problem, giardia or coccida. Or it could be a respiratory issue.

There's no doubt that you can't sell the puppy until he is well.

So, go ahead and see the vet with him as soon as you can.

This is also a good time to take stool samples from all the puppies with you so that you can get fecal exams.

Let me know if you need more help!
