I have a 12 year pug and she keeps hacking like she has a hairball but nothing is coming out and she did it about every two minutes all night last night. I was wondering if she has a cold or what is wrong with her? Do I need to take her to the emergency vet clinic, because I do not have a lot of money to pay for vet visits. Please let me know. Thanks
