Question

I have a 11 month old BullMastiff and just recently he

Sent to Pet Experts May 10, 2006 6:30 p.m.

I have a 11 month old BullMastiff and just recently he has been licking and biting the hair off of his paws. They are raw in patches and have bleed. Our vet can't seem to figure it out, but thinks he has an allergy to something outside. He is on antibiotics and antihisthimine and it hasn't been helping so far. Help! Thanks, Leah

Is he licking the paws themselves or the wrist area?

Also, can you tell me what your are feeding your boy?

He is licking and biting the paw area on the tops of his paws on all 4, not the wrist area.

He is on a holistic food called Eagle Pack that was recommended by our breeder.
