I have a 1yr old long hair chihuahua. she has been loosing her hair for the last several months. a vet said it was allergies. now her tail is swelling and she can't close her mouth. this started today. is it still allergies? i'm going to have to take her back but can i get a little insight before i go? thanks, tisha
