My 11 year old shepard mix female has a large round tumor on her hind leg at the joint. It just started bleeding. Can you tell us what you think it is and what can we do > We dont have much money to pay for vet bills other than the routine checkup.If you think she needs surgery and expensive treatment, can you advise us where we can get her care either free or for a modest fee or donation?

At check up, doc looked and said it may be a lipoma but a biopsy will confirm. She has lyme. She is on antibiotic. The tumor started to bleed the next day
