Our female beagle was fine yesterday and today all of a sudden is very ill. She has clear liquid coming out of her mouth and can barely stand. She has babies that are 1-1/2 wks old. We poured concrete in her pen yesterday, would that make her sick? The local vet told us over the phone to give her Pepto-Bismol. Do the symptoms sound serious to you?
