If you cannot get the pepto-bismol down her she does need to be seen since this has been going on for a couple of days. If she is resting now monitor her close and have her seen first thing in the morning but if she is sick enough that she is restless and unable to sleep then she is feeling pretty bad. The blood in the stools can be from the continued diarrhea, parasite, dietary related, or a gastrointestional disorder. If she is throwing up as well then try to keep fluids in her as best you can but allow the stomach to rest for a couple of hours without vomiting before slowly introducing water again. If she seems to be running a fever, or seems lethargic have her seen as soon as you can.
