My 6 year old female Doberman has swelling in her vaginal area. She was fixed as a baby. She was given a weeks worth of pills for a vaginal infection but the swelling didn't go away, so now the vet wants her to have a vaginoscopy. That would cost $600-$700 and we can't afford that right now. What could the problem be if it's not a urinary tract infection or a vaginal infection?
