My chihuahua is in pain, and cries on and off. He is eating quite minimally,and is now throwing up clear liquid. He wines alot. Could he have a bowel obstruction? What can I do. We are in no financial shape to help him. Will I have to have him put to sleep?Help, he is like my own child.
