My sister has a basset hound that needs a knee or bone replacement the vet is calling it. She lives in Ohio and they say that there are no vets there that can do it, so she is going to try Michigan. She will fly anywhere and pay, they are telling her at least $2000. Do you know of any Good Reputable Vets that can handle this surgery?????   Please advise!!
