my siberian huskey was born with blue eyes, now he is 16 ...

my siberian huskey was born with blue eyes, now he is 16 months old. His right eye now has a brown top and blue bottom. His left eye has quickly ( past 3 days ) developed brown "freckles" in the iris that today have grwn larger with some red in the spots. Any concern here?
