My 15 month old golden retriever began bleeding from her vagina area 2 weeks ago. I've assumed this was her first heat. I'd also always understood that the bleeding usually lasts one week and the actual breeding time is the following 2-3 weeks. Is this "ok" to still have her still discharging blood for 2 straight weeks?
