Hi, I just bought a horse from an auction and I believe it has shipping fever, its coughing and snotty nose, its being treated with penicillin, but its with my other pregnant mare and no way to seperate them, they are in one field with a run in shed, would it be safe for the pregnant mare to give her peniccilin as a preventative? Im very worried she will get it too and lose the foal. She is due in June, and the new horse came in on monday, Help
