I just found a lump on my 10 week old puppys neck. It doesnt seem to hurt her and she just had her first shot. She has to go back next week for her next one. Should i move the appointment up or is this common

Where is the lump under the corner of the jaw, further down on her neck than that beside the throat, or behind the neck on the shoulder blade area?

It is on the back of her neck,Left side. I kind of moves around. I looked on one website and said that it probably is fatty tissue and very common. What do you think?
