You may never find a "toy" that she actually likes. I have a Great Dane like that. All the others have a great time with toys but the only thing I have been able to find that she will play with is one of those giant inflated balls they make for kids. Even that she gets bored with easily. She is much more content playing with us that she is playing with toys. She will play with the other dogs in the yard so maybe that is a suggestion. You could try finding someone with a dog that could come over for a "play date". She might play with another dog. We do a play date once a month with other dane owners in our area and the dogs seem to really enjoy it. You might try doing it a little more often that that is she enjoys it.

I hope this helps.
