One suggestion that I can give you is that you check out www.petfinder.org and look for some rescue groups in your area. They have resources and contact that the general public does not have. They might even have funds available to help you.

There are some groups that can help pay for the treatment if you need assistance.

Check out these links and see if they can help. I recommend contacting uan first. They have a great staff and people respond quickly.

Here are some organizations that help individuals as well.

Help-A-Pet http://www.help-a-pet.org Focuses on helping low
income individuals with all kinds of vet work, including preventative care and non-emergency treatments. They work with all kinds of animals.

IMOM http://www.imom.org Focuses on emergency medical care for dogs and cats that require expensive treatment to live.

United Animal Nations http://www.uan.org/ Focuses on disasters
and helping low income individuals or rescuers. They work with all kinds of animals.

You might also want to look into Care Credit. They finance large and small vet bills. www.carecredit.com

If you have specific questions about the medical things that are going on, please let me know specifically what they are.

I hope this helps!
