Questionable Info

I was just advised that a vet had told my office assistant that Pitbulls and Rotwillers head quit growing at the agr of two and that their brain continued to grow causing them to go crazy. I don't want her to pass on bad data about these breeds - but I can't provide her proof? Can you help
