Question

My 7 month old male bichon frise, developed skin

My 7 month old male bichon frise, developed skin pigmentation in his back and his underside,   changing from its normal pinkish to a dark gray color. The changes comes in spots and it looks like is under the skin. It does not itches him. Is this normal?

It's pretty common in this breed but it's not normal. It's usually because of allergies or a skin issue (including yeast).

You should go ahead and see the vet for an exam so that you can halt the issue before it worsens.

In this dog, they often need a low allergy diet and anti-histamines to help.

What type of skin issue? I was just in the doctor office 3 weeks ago for neuter. Doctor performed boold test and stated that he was 100% health.
