My 3 month old Pomeranian has had diarreah and some vomiting off and on for about 3-4 weeks. He has been to the vet had xrays and blood work found nothing. He was put on a bland diet of science diet i/d for a week plus a medicine every hour(not sure the name, it was liquid) for naussea. His diarreah got better and they said switch his puppy food (which was Royal Canin) to something else because he may have a sensitive stomach, so now he is on Nutro puppy for sensitive stomachs. But he has the spells every now and then, like this morning. He has had about 4 bowel movements, won't eat and his tummy makes a horrible growling sound you can hear from standing up above him. He did at least drink. I gave him some of the liquid medicine, I am hoping he will eat in a few minutes. He also has large bowel movements about 4 time a day. I have been to the Vet about 3 timesw over this with no real explanation, what could it be?
