I just found on my standard poodle age 8, a lump

I just found on my standard poodle age 8, a lump on the back of her neck just above the collar area. It is under the skin about the size of a very large grape, it does not seem to bother her when you press or massage it. I could only find mast tumors on the web info sites and this does not look like those pictures? Do you have any info that would help till I can get to a vet?
