i was just wondering about shots for my pup. here is

i was just wondering about shots for my pup. here is her shot record so far.

2 shots of parvo
2 shots of distemper
and 1 shot of : DA2PPC (not sure whats in that)

so i was wondering if you can help me figure out what else she needs
she is 12 weeks old.

DA2PPC is a combination vaccination which includes distemper and parvovirus. Adenovirus, Parainfluenza virus and coronavirus are also included in that vaccine.
It is recommended that she get one more DA2PPC and her Rabies vaccination at the age of 16 weeks. If you are in an area where Lyme disease is prevalent, your vet may talk to you about vaccinating for Lyme. This is a series of 2 vaccines 4 weeks apart. If you intend to board your dog, your vet will also suggest a Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine. The first vaccine is usually intranasal (a liquid squirted up the nose), then the booster 4 weeks later. The booster may be intranasal or an injection, whichever brand your vet uses.
Spay is recommended at 6 months of age.

i was wondering what about hepatitis? Also can she be spaied at 4 1/2 months? and rabies is it 2 or 3 shots?
