I have 2 chihuahuas, one girl and one boy. I'm ready to breed them, and she is in heat. What should i do?

How long has she been in heat? The heat cycle last for three weeks or 21 days.

The prime time to breed is usually during the second week or during the estrus stage. During this stage, which last for 4 to 13 days, she will allow the male to mount her. She should have a yellowish color discharge.

What has happened so far? Does the male show any interest?

Yes the male has shown interests in her he just doesnt know what to do i don't think. But she usually gets mad and barks at him when he gets close to her now? Should i put them together in the same cage? Yes she was in heat for a while and now i did notice a yellow like discharge? What should i do now?
