My 12 year old shih tzu female, has lost her appitite....I fixed her chicken and rice, and she ate it....about 30 minutes afterward she vomitted, and I let her out for she acted like she need to have her usual bowel movement, and she seems constipated. I'd like to mention she has IBD as well. She is on Atopoca for her allergies, and I gave her the meds 1 hour before her dinner. (od chicken & rice). I'm concerned that she's just not acting herself, and seems lathargic...I plan on taking her in to my vet tomorrow morning on my way to work. I've taken up both food and water, and wonder if there's something else I might do this evening? I gave a 1/2 tagement before her dinner as well, as I had done since her diagnosis of IBD.   I realize she's getting older and hass all the signs of aging....thinning hair, trouble seeing and hearing. My last shih tzu was with me for 19 years, and I reconize that older K-9's have these problems, as well as digestive ones as well. I guess my question is....is there anything I haven't done, that I could do this evening? Thanks in advance for any and all information you'd care to share. Barbra
