My German Shepard

i have a german shepard dog, female 7 years old, spayed, she hasnt eaten for 2 days other than table scraps (which arent part of her diet) and now she only wants to drink and is very lethargic, what could be wrong? she is voiding and stooling normally. Her nose is cool and wet, and her ears are cool so i dont believe she has a fever
