I have a 22 month old long haired chihuahua who weighs about 4-5 pounds that I would like to breed with my male long hair. She has never come into heat. Is there anything I can do to help the situation? She is a gorgeous little girl who otherwise is in excellent health. She and the male have grown up together however they are not related.
